Upon reviewing the situation, we found that the review was posted two hours before the maintenance request was formally reported to our team. It’s possible that this issue was initially raised with the previous management prior to March 11, 2025, which may have contributed to the delay in resolution. However, we want to assure you that our team took immediate action once the request was received. The hot water heater was repaired within 4 hours of receiving the request, and parts were ordered the same day to resolve the issue with the tub diverter. We understand how important it is for our residents to have working utilities, and your comfort is a top priority for us. We take all maintenance concerns seriously and aim to provide timely, efficient service. We hope that moving forward, your experience with our team will reflect our commitment to providing an excellent living environment. Living in one of the older bldgs on the site this is evident. It's the small details that make the most difference in daily living, the responsiveness and care shown to the residents lets them know they are being heard. Thank you for all you do.
