Ivy at West Hills loves your furry friends! For one pet, we require a $350 non-refundable pet fee plus a $20 monthly pet rent. For two pets, we require a $500 non-refundable pet fee plus a $20 monthly pet rent per pet. We have a combined weight limit of 100 pounds per apartment home. Our restricted breed list includes Rottweilers, Staffordshire Terriers, Spanish Alanis, Shar Peis, Tosas, Wolf Hybrids, Bull Terriers, Lottatore Brindisinos, Pit Bulls, Mastiffs, Chow Chows, Dobermans, Akitas, Presa Canario's, German Shepard's, Cordoba's, or any variation of these breeds.
